GYM Policies
Our gym policy is designed to ensure a safe and pleasent environment for all members. we kindly request that all members adhere to the following guidlines:
1. No Towel = No Workoutplease use your towel on the machines and benches and not left on the floor2. Do Not Open The Door To Anyone3. No Children / Non Members On The Gym Floor4. Suitable Gym Wear and Covered Shoe To Be Worn At All Times personal hygiene, including the use of deodorant is highly encouraged5. Dropping Weights Is PermitedLifting platform only when using bounce plates6. Re-Rack Your Weights In The Correct Location After Use7. No Food or Gum In The Gym8. Be Considerate of Others9. Sanitize Equipment After Use
