Total Body HIIT
Resistance training mixed with cardiovascular exercises, this class is focused on high reps and lighter weight targeting each muscle group. This class is a fast-paced workout that's specifically designed to help you get lean, toned, and fit.
Booty Blast
Strong glute muscles are key to both strength training performance and injury prevention, which makes glute exercises a super important addition to your workout routine. Stronger glutes protect the lower back, knees & hips from injury, keeps the body in alignment, and improves balance. This class is accessible to all fitness levels, from beginners to athletes, and can be adapted with bodyweight or added resistance.
Strength Development
Training for Strength involves training your nervous system to use as many muscle fibers as needed to overcome an external force. Challenge yourselves beyond your comfort zone, learn to lift in a safe, fun environment. Stretch & Strength

Is 45 minutes and can be anything from Step, Boxfit, Pump, Penalty Box or even a blend of all (Surprise!) If you have a preference, feel free to let the instructor know.

Unsupervised KIDZ CLUB Hours: If you are stuck for a sitter and needing a workout we have you covered for 5 years and olderMonday & Tuesday 8am - 6pm Wednesday & Thursday 8am - 6pm Saturday 8:30 - 10am In return we ask the room is left how you found it Thank you :)
SUPERVISED KIDZ CLUB HOURS:We love having cuddles & play time with your little ones while you enjoy your workout Monday - Thursday 8:45 - 10am This is a FREE service we offer to our valued members
