She also secured the prestigious overall title of Ms. Swimsuit New Zealand 2023.
Just a week later, Rhiannon had the honor of representing New Zealand at the OCEANIA Championships in Australia. Despite tough competition, she showcased her talent and dedication, finishing in an impressive 5th place in the Swimsuit Model category.
Rhiannon's achievements are a testament to her hard work and commitment to her craft. She has undoubtedly made her mark in the world of competitive bodybuilding and modeling.

ADRIAN PULLEN-BURRY
My name is Adrian, a Māori male 58 years old. I joined WHF in December 2018 as a newbie with no idea what I was doing & eventually connected with Personal Trainer Debbie Jackson. In October 2021, I developed a major infection in my right heel, which required four surgical debridement procedures to remove the infected tissue and bone.
In October 2021, I had to stop going to WHF due to some health issues. I contracted an infection in my right heel and required four debridement operations. I was recovering at home and couldn't return to the gym until mid-December 2022, when my doctor finally gave me the green light to start exercising again. The very next day, I was back at WHF, and it felt amazing to be able to resume my fitness journey just in time for the holidays! During my time away I gained 15kgs of FAT WTF!
In 2023, I reconnected with Debbie Jackson and started weekly PT sessions. Working with Debbie has been amazing! During our sessions, we focus on my recovery and determine what I can and can't do, and what we need to work on to improve my overall health.
In April 2023, I connected with Rhiannon Lelieveld to help with my nutrition. Working with Rhiannon has also been great! She has simplified nutrition for me in a way that I can easily understand and implement in my daily life. I now have a manageable diet plan that helps me maintain a healthy lifestyle.
I see Rhiannon regularly for weigh-ins and measurements. Over the months my weight has fluctuated, but Rhiannon always gets me back on track and focused. To date, I’ve lost approximately 10 kgs.
In January 2024, my goals are to fully recover, live a healthy lifestyle, lose weight, and gain muscle. My long-term objective is to turn 60 in November 2025 and compete in amateur weightlifting or any similar event. To achieve these goals, I will need the continuous help and support of Debbie, Rhiannon, and Waiuku Health and Fitness.

Shaun gribbon - transformation journey
I had been working on losing weight and regaining a healthier more active lifestyle for around a year and a half through self-managing my eating habits and additionally in October 2022 joined up at Waiuku Health and Fitness.
With the support from Sarah (Aerobics Instructor) and Debbie (Personal Trainer) keeping me motivated and pushing me I successfully managed to drop from 120kg at my heaviest down to just under 90kgs, but had hit a point where I just wasn't able to lose any more towards my goal of 80Kgs (along with feeling constantly tired and run down.)
After taking some advice from the other trainers at Waiuku Health and Fitness that I needed my diet properly looked at, I booked a session with Rhiannon to get a proper nutritional review and plan.
After a very informative and supportive session with Rhiannon, she helped me understand the importance of the "right" nutrition and foods along with some great guidance around areas of nutrition that I was ill informed in, and I had a plan and the tools to go away and put it together with my training at the gym.
After the first 5 weeks on the nutritional plan, I was surprised to see some fantastic results with my energy and fatigue levels dramatically increasing and changes in my body shape, along with finally seeing the scales move again, even though Rhiannon advised not to live by the scales!
What I greatly appreciated about the nutritional services with Rhiannon is that she tailors the programs to suit your health journey and lifestyle, along with the care she takes to make sure you understand the key function nutrition plays in the journey and what to realistically expect.
The other benefit of Rhiannon's services is that she is based there in the gym and easily available for reviews of your plan or to just ask a small query about any troubles you may be facing on the plan.
Her services have helped me mentally move from a weight loss focus to a healthy maintenance focus and has been a key part in assisting me move to the next step of my journey's goals.

"It doesnt matter the skill or desire of a fighter if he/she does not have the strength and conditioning required and that is where WHF came in. it has been a second home to me over the past 2years going from seriously overweight back to the athlete i have always been and now onto a national grappling champion/MMA fighter.
Thankyou to the team at WHF Linda, Rhiannon and Imogen for always having a smile and a few words of encouragement for this ol war hound"
