Box Fit: Is a great way to increase your Self Confidence, Fitness, Toned Muscles and Weight Loss. No softies in this class!

Golden: Low impact class to suit all fitness levels, improves co-ordination and increases cardiovascular fitness.

Pump: Is an innovative weight training workout that strengthens tones and defines every muscle in your body.

Strong 45: Try are new 45min weightlifting workout, learn the correct technique, push your self and have some fun at the same time, Suitable all ages.

Spin: Is our indoor cycling class. Learn all the basic cycling moves like standing up, sitting down, changing hand positions, speeding up and slowing down. You control your own resistance levels and sprint speed so you can build up your training level over time. Classes for both advanced and beginners so come along and give it a try today.

Fusion: Workouts that combine at least two different disciplines e.g. Boxing and Pilates, Running and Strength training, Yoga and Cardio. Not only does Fusion challenge your muscles in new ways, but also by ramping up your calorie burn, that also keep you motivated by spicing up that been-there-done-that routine.

TBT: A class targeting those problem areas, your choice what level you want to take it to. Suitable for all.

Core: Essential training for good health and mobility, suitable for folk with lower back issues.

Circuit: A combination of timed exercise stations and cardio in between.
