Box Fit: is a low impact, high-energy workout that incorporates solid pad work, weight training and conditioning, functional and circuit training with an emphasis placed on boxing. BoxFit is the best stress buster and fat burner around. It is considered one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today. Suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Dont have Boxing gloves or pads.. No problem we have you covered

Box N Burn: High intensity 45 minute work out. Designed to tone and burn unwanted body fat. Suitable for all fitness levels and ages. Box N Burn consists of Dynamic warm ups, Boxing High Techniques and mitt work, High intensity strength/conditioning circuits, Core work and cool down/Stretching.

Step: The fun aerobic class using a step box. With Motivating music to help you step your way to fantastic fitter you! Benefits of step include general fitness, strength and tone of muscles, improves co-ordination and agility, Step can also help to reduce stress. The height of the stepping platforms can be adjusted to make them higher or lower, So if you want to add abit of verity to your exercise programme come and try a step class with our motivating instructors.

Pump class: Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle condition. Pump challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl. You are in control of your workout, so how hard you want to push it depends on you!!! So weather your a newbie or an old Pro come along and join us at our next class.

Spinning is our indoor cycling class. Learn all the basic cycling moves like standing up, sitting down, changing hand positions, speeding up and slowing down. You control your own resistance levels and sprint speed so you can build up your training level over time. Classes for both advanced and beginners so come along and give it a try today.

Fusion: Workouts that combine at least two different disciplines e.g. Boxing and Pilates, Running and Strength training, Yoga and Cardio. Not only does Fusion challenge your muscles in new ways, but also by ramping up your calorie burn, that also keep you motivated by spicing up that been-there-done-that routine.

Smash & Burn: a full body aerobic workout building in a whole series of exercises aimed at specifically toning up your legs, bum and tum. The instructor will take you through a variety of different exercises. There’ll be crunches for your tum, lunges, air cycling and more for your legs and plenty of squats for your bum. By the time it’s over you’ll be sweating and breathless, but with a big smile on your face too.
