Results from our very first power plate challenge
Congratulations to the 8 ladies who completed our first powerplate/group fitness challenge. you should all be so proud of yourselves with what you have accomplished during these last 8 weeks which consisted of 2x 1 on 1 powerplate sessions per week and as many classes they could fit in! some great results ladies keep it up!!
Congratulations to our winner Michelle McLellan Spence. Michelle’s goals were to tone up tummy, bum and thighs, increase upper body and core strength and also work on her fitness level. Michelle put 100% effort into every day of these 8 weeks, including at home with her nutrition which as we all know is a big learning curve. Michelle lost a total of 12.8 inches and 1.8kgs. Great work Michelle
And another big Congratulations to Danni Tooth who was our runner up winner, had a goal of losing her ”mummy tummy” toning up bum and thighs and overall becoming a healthier person. She has well and truly achieved this and now has a new outlook and approach to nutrition and exercise.Danni lost a total of 12.05 inches and a 2% body fat drop. Well done danni your results show this. great work Danni
Also a special mention another challenger Louise Roberts with some great results. Louise was only with us fr 6 weeks of the 8 and to get results such as this was outstanding. Well done Louise.
